Step 1: First go to the Magento 2 store Admin Panel and login.

Step 3: Then select the shipping settings below the sales option and View the Shipping Policy Parameters option.
Step 4: Now, Apply custom shipping policy: Enable the “Yes” option to display the shipping policy.
Step 5: Shipping Policy: Add the policy text as per your requirement given in the text box.
Step 6: Now go to the SAVE Configuration.
