STEPS FOR CONFIGURE A FULL PAGE CACHE IN MAGENTO 2
Step 1: First go to the Magento 2 store Admin Panel and login.
Step 2: Now go to the menu bar on the side. After this, go to Stores > Configuration > Advanced > System.

Step 3: Now click on the Full Page Cache.
Step 4: Go to the Caching Application & choose any one Option.
- Built In Application 2. Varnish Application
Step 5: Set the time for the cache page in TTL for the public content field. Default Value: 86400
If you choose Varnish Option in caching application, Complete the following instructions.

- Access List : Input the IP address, IPs access list separated by “,” that can purge varnish configuration for config file generation. If the field is empty, the default value localhost will be saved.
- Backend Host : Enter the IP address of the backend host that generated config files & the default value is localhost.
- Backend Port : Identify the backend port that is used to generate config files & default value : 8080
- Export Configuration : Select the button for the version of Varnish that you use from either Export VCL for Varnish 3 or Export VCL for Varnish 3.
- Save: Now click on the save configuration.
