Step 1: First go to the Magento 2 store Admin Panel and login.

Step 3: Choose a store view for the head tag change or choose the head tag for each store view to change the global.

Step 4: Enlarge the HTML Head section. Enter your custom code to the Scripts and Style Sheets. 

Step 5: Click on Save Configuration completing the process.
