STEPS FOR DISABLE OR ALLOW GUEST CHECKOUT IN MAGENTO 2.
Step 1: First go to the Magento 2 store Admin Panel and login.
Step 2: Now go to the menu bar on the side. Click on the Store > Settings > Configuration.
Step 3: Now choose the Checkout Option under Sales.
Step 4: Now To restrict guest checkout, uncheck the Use system value checkbox and select the No option in the Allow guest checkout.
Step 5: Set the Allow Guest Checkout field to Yes or checkmark the Use system value checkbox, if you want guest checkout in Magento 2.
Step 6: Click on Save Configuration completing the process.
