Step 1: First go to the Magento 2 store Admin Dashboard and login.

Step 3: Now click on the Name and Address Option.
Step 4: After this set required in the field “Show Suffix”
Step 5: Next the Suffix Dropdown Options separated with a semicolon.
Step 6: Then after clicking on the SAVE CONFIGURE button.
After that Suffix Field displayed adding a new address in My Account Unit.
You are also shown in the suffix field displaying the Registration Form.
