Digital Products (Extensions & Software)
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product is downloaded or the license is issued. However, we may consider a refund under the following all 2 conditions:

The product is proven to be defective or not working as described.

Our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@magecurious.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Services (Installation, Customization, etc.)
Refunds for services are available only if:

Work has not started on the service.

You request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Customer Support(Extensions)

Lifetime Licence With 1 Year Upgrades.

90 Days Free Extension Support
Once work has started, we cannot offer a full refund. However, if you're not satisfied with the service delivered, we’ll work with you to resolve the concern or provide a partial refund based on the work completed.
Unauthorized Use
If we determine that a refund request is made after product usage or code tampering, we reserve the right to decline the request.
