At MageCurious, we strive to deliver high-quality Magento 2 extensions and Shopify services that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (extensions & software), we generally do not offer refunds once the product is downloaded or the license is issued.

  • We may consider refunds if the product is proven to be defective or not working as described.
  • Or if our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

To request a refund, please contact support with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Services

Refunds for our professional services (Installation, Customization, etc.) are available only under specific guidelines:

  • The requested service work has not started.
  • Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once service work begins, full refunds cannot be offered. We may issue a partial refund based on the work completed.

Customer Support

We are committed to helping you make the most out of our extension catalog with solid support offerings:

  • Every extension purchase comes with 30 Days of Free Extension Support.
  • Please note: No Extension Upgrade is available under standard terms.

Unauthorized Use

To prevent abuse and protect our intellectual property, certain restrictions apply to code integrity:
