STEPS FOR FILTER THE THEME GRID IN MAGENTO 2
Step 1: First go to the Magento 2 store Admin Panel and login.
Step 2: Click on the Content > design > Configuration.
Step 3: Click on the Filters.
Step 4: Now enter the website, store, store view, & theme name.
Step 5: After that, Click on Apply Filters.
[The list of subjects will be updated.]
STEPS FOR APPLY THE DEFAULT THEME IN MAGENTO 2
Step 1: Login to Magento 2 store Admin Panel.
Step 2: Now go to the menu bar on the side. Click on the Content > design > Configuration.
Step 3: Select the Store View for which you want to update the theme and click Edit from the Action column.
Step 4: Set the theme according to your own given inside the Default theme tab.
Step 5: At last, SAVE Configuration.
