STEPS FOR SET UP ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL IN MAGENTO 2
Step 1: First go to the Magento 2 store Admin Panel and login.
Step 2: Now go to the menu bar on the side. Click on the Stores > Configuration > Sales Email.
Step 3: Then explore the order section from the given options.

- ENABLED: Choose Yes to enable the option of Sales email.
- New Order Confirmation Email Sender: To send the email, select the store representative who will be shown as the sender of the email.
- New Order Confirmation Template: Choose a template to send the email.
- New Order Confirmation Template for Guest: Select the template for guest users.
- Send Order Email Copy To: Add testing email I’d here.
- Send Order Email Copy Method: Add email copy method here.
- Then, refer to the Order Remarks, Invoice, Shipment and Credit Memo sections and fill in all the appropriate details as per the order.
- Click on save configuration completing the sales email configuration process.
